Client Relationship Manager

The individual chosen will be focused on managing and assisting with the management of an existing portfolio of employee benefit business, for which our aim is to provide the highest standards of support and service.

Required skills:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaboration with client relationship managers and other members of the team to deliver high quality service

  • Partnering with new business producers and other members of the team to provide high quality service to our clients by effective, efficient and proactive account management on a daily basis

  • Providing superior technical and employee benefit consulting services in the international space

  • Negotiating with Insurance providers to improve services and terms to the benefit of our clients

Your responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Comprehensive and up-to-date technical knowledge and practical experience in the areas of Employee Benefits, FCA requirements and provider electronic offerings etc

  • Demonstrable evidence in your work history of excellent client service provision as well as an understanding of IT business

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritisation skills are essential

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills & the ability to think laterally

  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
