As we expand our service offerings, we are excited to welcome a dedicated Sales Assistant to our team.

The ideal candidate for us owns:
- Strong desire and ability to collaborate with various teams and customers.
- Proactive and responsible in handling job duties.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bulgarian, enabling effective communication with business and technology teams.
- Sales-driven personality with a high level of motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree background related to Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.
- Some experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel frequently on various occasions.

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant at Eurocoders, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Communicate in close relationship with the Sales Manager.
- Execute daily office procedures related to client interactions.
- Implement sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the sales targets and goals.
- Prospect and identify potential clients who could benefit from our software solutions.
- Provide telephone and electronic (email) support to both national and international customers.
- Administer offers, payments, and order acknowledgements.
- Handle commercial correspondence and file management, including Excel sheets, PDFs, and Word documents.
- Build sales processes and structures for start-up projects.
- Generate customer invoices and maintain records, with occasional bookkeeping duties as required.
- Update and manage the existing client database with new and updated information.
- Monitor and identify market shares, potential clients, emerging markets, and key markets. Adjust the SEO strategy and collaborate in the development and use of tools to optimize our presence in these areas.
